Returns & Refunds
At GoFamilygift your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. Therefore all of our products come with a 90 Day 100% Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days of receiving it, we will replace it or give you a full refund of the purchase price. Contact us at care@gofamilygift.com, and we will promptly respond to your inquiries. We will send you the return address and related information.
Note: Custom items can not be returned due to customer error, however, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING
No handling fee is required for returns, but you will be responsible for return shipping charges, except for defective product or when the wrong item has been sent.
We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service for return as we are not liable for missing items.
Please use proper packaging for return shipping. Items that are damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
